Can I use the SIM card in my phone?
Our Data SIM cards work only in cellular routers, hotspots and tablets. They can be used for Internet browsing or data connectivity, no text messages or phone calls. They may not work in cellphones or smartphones.
Can I use my own cellular router or hotspot?
Yes, you are free to use your own devices. However, your device must be able to connect the network frequency in the visited country. Please contact us before placing an order if you are unsure.
Where can I see the data usage?
For short term usage (less than 30 days), the data expires once the limit is reached (data or time). You may contact our support team at anytime to inquiry about the amount of remaining data. For monthly subscriptions on US/Canada, Europe and Global data plans: Your own dashboard is available, free of charge, with simultaneuos view of all the SIMs in your account.
Can I cancel my monthly subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription at anytime by the end of the paid term, no fees or hidden charges. Unused paid data or time are not refundable.
What is your refund policy?
We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your purchase provided that no data is used at the time of the request. If you are not satisfied with our product, then simply send us an email and return the SIM card, we will refund your purchase right away.
